Accord offers a variety of professional and consulting services that complement the CENTERLINE TMS solution.

Implementation – Centerline TMS and Centerline Mobile are sophisticated enterprise applications that require a planning and implementation effort. Implementations can involve process re-engineering, software tailoring and customization, custom interface development, data conversion and migration. Our implementation specialists have in-depth knowledge of both the application and trucking operations which allows them to oversee and facilitate the implementation process.

Training – As with any enterprise software application, training is a key aspect of a successful implementation. Our implementation staff leverages their in-depth knowledge of the Centerline TMS and general trucking operations to ensure that key staff members are fully trained. Though this train-the–trainer approach is the preferred choice for most customers, Accord will also provide full training services as necessary.

Project Management – In order to ensure the smooth deployment of the Centerline solution, Accord recommends assigning a project manager to each implementation. The project manager is responsible for ensuring that project schedules and deliverables are met by both Accord implementation resources and customer staff. Regular project management reviews ensure that there are no surprises throughout the implementation.

Process Improvement Consulting – Many trucking firms have inefficient and wasteful operational processes that have evolved over time. By conducting detailed process reviews, Accord professional services staff can document existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and define, new, “best-in-class” processes that capitalize on the power and flexibility of Centerline TMS.

Technology selection –Accord Professional Services staff can help with many of the technology choices associated with the implementation of Centerline TMS such as database or imaging software, servers or handheld computers, wireless network selection, client-server or remote desktop approaches. Picking the right solution architecture and its associated technology is a critical element of any enterprise application implementation.

Tune ups – Because of the breadth and comprehensiveness of the Centerline TMS  Solution, Accord Professional Services Staff can help existing customers identify ways that they can extract even more value out of the Centerline TMS application.
